See Learning Center collects and uses personal information in order to provide the best service requested. This information also enables See Learning Center to improve and customise products or services to better meet the needs and preferences of the clients. Data will be processed by us to supply the information requested. The information is held and used exclusively by See Learning Center.
Privacy policy is important to us. Any personal information gathered will be used for statistic purposes, e-marketing, newsletters, new offers, products, and services.
See Learning Center will take precautions to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the user data under its control. Only authorised employees will be given access to the information provided to us with prior consent.
Whenever personal information is disclosed online, it may be intercepted, collected or used. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal and company information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you send to us, and you do so at your own risk.
See Learning Center only acts as an intermediary between its students and educational agencies, on one hand, and host families / host family providers, on the other.
Under no circumstances can it be held responsible for any delay or accident during a journey nor can it be held responsible for any accident which may happen during the student’s stay with the host family.
See Learning Center will, however, endeavour to defend the student’s interests in the event of breach of contract on the part of the educational agency or the host family / host family provider.
See Learning Center reserves the right to cancel a programme, to offer alternative dates or venues, and to make changes to programme arrangements as required.
See Learning Center reserves the right to repatriate, at the student’s expense or parents’ expense and without a warning letter, any student committing a serious offence, especially one involving the regional or national authorities.
Students are escorted by Activity Leaders on all outings. Young Learners (minors) are not allowed to go out in the evening, except when they join the group for organised supervised activities, or in the event that parental consent is received.
Students may transfer to another programme provided there is availability. Students who choose to exchange their original choice of programme for one of greater value must pay the difference between the two at the time of requesting the upgrade.
See Learning Center reserves the right to use photographs taken during programmes to illustrate its promotional material. These photos have no commercial or contractual value.
